Please note that whereas we would be able to control delays on our side, we will be unable to manage delays on Government side or deficiencies in documents submitted. Hence, kindly bear with our team as we try our best to complete your assignments to the most effective way.
If an engagement isn't progressing as per your expectations,
You’ll be able to request for a refund within thirty days of payment. After thirty days, you'll be able to request for the refund to be processed as a service credit - which might be used for the other future service.
Before process any refund, we reserve the right to make a best effort to complete the service. In case you're not glad with the service, a cancellation fee of Twenty Percent + earned fee + fee paid to the Govt. would be applicable. Just in case of any amendment or modification of service, the cancellation fee wouldn't be applicable.
Hence, all refunds are going to be subject to a minimum of Twenty Percent cancellation fee. Further, if OnlineXBRL has spent the time and resources to finish the engagement or incurred the other fee, such fees are going to be subtracted on best judgment basis by the company and therefore the balance will be refunded. Under any circumstance, OnlineXBRL shall be liable to refund solely up to Eighty Percent of the fee paid by the client.
If you wish to vary the service you ordered for a different one, You can request this alteration of service within thirty days of purchase. the purchase value of the previous service, less any attained fee and Fee paid to government entities, like filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with deducted and also the next service will be launched. In case of modification of service, there'll be no 20% deduction.

In some cases, a government backlog or issues with the Govt. platforms (e.g. MCA web site, taxation web site, FSSAI website) will cause long delays before your process is complete. Similarly,
OnlineXBRL doesn't guarantee the results or outcomes of the services rendered by our Associates on Nearest Expert platform, who are not employed by OnlineXBRL. Issues like these are beyond our control and aren't covered by this guarantee or eligible for refund. Hence, delay in process of your file by the Govt. cannot be a reason for refund.
OnlineXBRL shall not be considered in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the consumer for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, act of God or the general public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, amendment in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event on the far side our control, whether or not predicted or unforeseen (each a "Force Majeure Event").
Note :
If the request for the refund has been approved by OnlineXBRL,
a similar shall be processed and intimated to you via email. This refund method might take a minimum of fifteen business days to process and shall be credited to your bank account consequently.
We will handle the refund process with all necessity and ensure that the money spent by you is returned to you at the earliest.
